But the moment you are aware of what environmental allergens cause your allergic reactions, it is best to avoid them.

3.IMMUNOTHERAPY: Immunotherapy also known as allergy shots usually used for patients who have allergic reactions that are difficult to control with medications or patients who no longer find proper relief from their allergic reactions after taking medications. Even as this can be considered as a medical alternative, the patient should first discuss it with his or her doctor before starting immunotherapy.
